| Terms & Conditions of Service |

The following conditions define the terms of the contract between the Removal and Storage Contractor and the Customer and specify the rights, obligations and responsibilities of both parties.
- Quotations
- Our quoted price is not subject to VAT.
- Although we provide you with a fixed price quote, we reserve the right to amend it if the following applies:
- If work was not carried out within three months of original date of quotation presentation.
- Our costs rise due to changed freight charges beyond our control.
- We supply any additional services to the one agreed in the quote.
- Any delays beyond our reasonable control will be charged at the standard applicable rates.
- Inadequate access to the collection and delivery point.
- Parking or other fees that incur to carry out the service.
- Goods not subject to removal service
- Jewellery, precious stones, watches, money, deeds, securities and other goods of a similar kind.
- Dangerous and explosive items.
- Animals.
- Refrigerated or frozen food or drink.
- Cigarettes and narcotic substances.
- Basic Charges
- All our jobs are subject to 2 hours minimum charge. After the initial two hours, the current rates per hour apply calculated pro rata.
- The quoted price includes dismantling (if requested in advance), loading and unloading.
- Time is calculated from the moment of ringing the door bell at collection point to leaving the delivery point.
- Payment
- All jobs must be paid in full upon completion in cash, check or bank transfer.
- Insurance
- Our insurance policy covers damages to goods in transportation up to £20, 000.
- Congestion, Toll Charges & Parking Fees
- Congestion and toll charges are covered by the company. Parking arrangements and fees during completion of the job are client’s responsibilities.
- Arrival/Delivery Times
- Arrival and delivery times are estimated. Although we do our best to provide you with a prompt service, we do not take responsibility for delays and customer’s losses due to delays out of our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, etc.
- Customer’s obligations
- In the cases that the customers do their own wrapping, they hold the responsibility for any damage incurred due to inadequate packaging.
- We cannot be held responsible for actions that have caused damage to goods based on the instructions given by the client at the time of service despite obvious risk.
- Dismantling of furniture and other units is customer’s responsibility and it should be done before arrival, unless otherwise stated upon quotation inquiry.
- Declare to us the value of the goods.
- Be present or have a representative at the pick up and delivery point.
- Cancellation and Postponement
- Cancellation and postponement notifications need to be done three days in advance. Postponing for delivery of stored goods will be charged accordingly per day of actual storage days.
- Staff Abuse
- Abusive behavior of any kind ill not be tolerated. If our men are forced to leave due to abusive behaviour, the customer is still liable for the incurred charges before leaving.
